What combinations do I need for likr fushia or neon green sort of colors?

For neon green, Americolor has a color called "Electric Green". What you might want to do for fushia is try their Electric Purple or Fushia. If you use white BC and not use that much coloring, it might be pale enough.
You can see their colors at www.americolor corp.com (take out the space in there) and then click on Color Chart on the left-bottom.
