Well I have to make 150 for January 6th. Can I make them this week or next week and freeze them or will they no longer taste good?

I make them out lay into a cake pan and when frozen put into a gallon zip lock bag. Dip when needed. I find if I dip and freeze the condensation will make the coating sticky
