I made the Wilton Royal Icing to decorate some sugar cookies. I really prefer Antonia's but was having problems with it (long story). Anyway, do I thin Wilton Royal with water or corn syrup? Thanks in advance!

When I was taking Wilton Course 2, making RI flowers we thinned the icing with water. Hope this helps. You may get some other ideas.

I would stick with water...never tried corn syrup. Just be sure to add small amounts of water at a time.

Thanks ladies. I always thin Antonia's with water but wanted to make sure.
