Can anyone share an authentic mexican or spanish dessert recipe? My daughter is in a spanish class and she volunteered me to make the dessert icon_eek.gif and I have no idea what to make. She said it had to be authentic and preferrably not a flan. Any ideas??? Thanks

Rice pudding its called Arros con leche. Easy to make You boil rice in water with cinamonn sticks (1or2) add sugar to taste and then once the rice is cooked add condense, evaporated milk one can of each and 3 cups or regular milk whatever % you use plus some rasins. Cook it down at a low temp. It should get creamy. Very good and inexpensive for a large group.
