I would strongly like to bring some cookies to someone who I am going to see in 2 hours..I just found out about this. Is there any way that I can bake/decorate in 2 hours?? Even if it's not cookies, I could sure use some suggestions!

Please, I'm desperate!!!! madhatter.gif

If it is simple you can do NFSC and tobas glace. You just can't stack them cause the will mush! After they bake you need to cool them under a fan or in the freezer for a few minutes!

Or do Choco chip!

You could take scones, they take minutes to make and bake and are wonderful freshly made. If you need a recipe let me know.

Sorry-- I had to leave.... hope you figured it out! I always make my NFSC in the KA with the paddle not the hook.

hey everyone--

Martha, thank you so much for your help!
I made the NFSC in the food processor with the dough hook and it was FANTASTIC!! Quick, easy, and easy clean-up.

The Glace was good, too! I decorated in about 10 minutes so it was a bit messy, but they thought that the cookies were very tasty!

Thank you very much.
