How Do I Get The Chocolate Out Of The Molds ?

I AM TRYING TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS BALL ORNAMENTS, AND I CAN'T GET IT OUT OF THE MOLD. I TRIED USING CORNSTARTCH, AND STILL NO LUCK.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY HELP FOR ME. PLEASE.

Not sure exactly what you are using, but usually if you put it in the freezer for awhile, it will pop out, no matter what size the mold is.

Don't coat your mold with anything. Try to buff out as much of the cornstarch as you can with a cotton cloth, otherwise your chocolate will come out dull.

Once you've filled your mold, place it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or the freezer for 5 minutes. When it's cold enough, it will release. If it doesn't come out, pop it back in the freezer for another couple of minutes. Resist the urge to put your hand under the mold. The heat from your hand will cause the chocolate to warm up and stick to the mold.
