About to order my first batch of Satin Ice fondant. If I do not use all of it, how long does it keep? What are the recommended storage suggestions for any remaining? Thank you in advance for your responses.

I hope your as pleased with it as I have been!
I put any unused fondant in ziploc baggies and into a kitchen cabinet. I've had some now for at least 4-5 months.
Good luck! icon_smile.gif

It can be stored at room temperature for up to a year. Just keep it closed up and it'll be fine.

I buy mine in 20 lb buckets and just take it out of the bucket as I need it.

I think the bucket says it will last up to a year...But if you don't covered it well it will dry!

I buy at intotheoven.com. It's $49 for 20 lbs and shipping runs me about $10. But...you can add quite a few small things to the order and it won't run the shipping up anymore. I usually try and time it to buy several things at once to save as much as possible on shipping costs.

They are really fast with shipping...usually get my orders within 3 business days..sometimes as little as two days.
