I've just finished this cake for a housewarming party tomorrow. It is a 12 x 18 strawberry sour cream cake with white almond buttercream. It took me hours to get the cake decorated the way I wanted it to look. How much do you think this cake is worth? I made this for a teacher at my school so I want to know how much to charge when I start to make cakes as a professional cake maker and decorator.

She is going to LOVE this cake..... GOOD JOB! As far as price, you need to decide what you would charge per serving, how many servings are in the cake you are working on , and that would be your price.....
