I really need help converting recipe from cups, to grams and fluid ounces....

2 cups flour =
1 3/4 cups caster sugar =
1 1/3 cups water =
1/2 cup water =
1/2 cup oil =

I tried to copy and paste this chart, but it didn't work, so go to "galleries", keyword " Measurement wieght" It has a complete chart there.......
