I've been decorating for a couple of years now and today I got my first real order, I've been paid before but mainly just from friends and family. This is a real bonafide client!!
The cake is quite simple chocolate with a chocoalte ganache but on the top she wants a fondant/pastillage safe with a little crying burglar (her husband sells safes). The cake is a walk in the park but the topper could be a little more complicated.
If anyone has any tips on the topper or little extras (e.g packaging etc) that I could provide to make my service better please let me know!
Also I'm in Italy and I'm not sure about the legalities of home-baking here, everybody tells me something different, I know it's a long shot but if anyone on CC is in Italy please help!
