Why did the Cookie Garden Spring Celebration win???!!! I don't think it's Grand Prize quality! They are pretty don't get me wrong but not a very original creation. IMO!!!!

There are some wonderful entries though. I really loved the wedding dress wedding cake and the Holiday balls!!! Gorgeous!!!!!!!!!

I just have to mention that there was a cake that I thought should have definately been more than an honorable mention....the masquerade cake....did you guys see the work on that? And the mask was absolutely gorgeous!

I'm with you adven- that cake is amazing!! I think it was a little out of the Wilton conservative "box". I've never seen anything like it in any of the Wilton magazines. (I could be wrong, though. I haven't seen all of their magazines!)

Thanks everyone for all your sweet compliments, never in a million years would I have thought that would be me, 1st place. I told my husband not bad for an old lady who 3 years ago had never even iced a cake!!!! Iam truly blessed, and so lucky to have had the opportunity to decorate cakes!
