No it doesn't. I wish it had but I had to order mine from Global Sugar Art.

It doesn't, sorry.
I am finishing up my last of 4 classes on gumpaste this Saturday. It's been really fun and I have learned a lot. I think the biggest thing it has taught me is to pay atteniotn because lots of flowers can be made with the same cutter, just using different techniques of rolling and assembling.
