I don't have the mini ball pan (I could kick myself for not having it). So what else can I do for the icecream balls? Would I be able to do them in cupcakes and still make them round looking? Also for the "sauces" could I use the REAL deal...chocolate fudge, strawberry and caramel?

Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!

Sometimes when I need to make a small circular shaped cake, I use a small glass bowl. It works great!

I think using the regular sauces should be ok, may want to thicken them a little.
