Does anyone know if there is a way to print multiple images on the 3" or business card size frosting sheets using the Desktop Decorator? I mean like 6 different images on the same sheet or if the entire sheet has to be the same image. I am trying to launch a cookie biz and I am doing a trade show at the end of the month and want to make samples, but don't want to print an entire sheet of the same image if I only need one for the sample. Plus, if I can do 6 different ones on a sheet, I can make better use of the sheet and not waste them.
If this isn't possible thru the Desktop Decorator, does anyone know if there is a compatible label sheet like by Avery that I can use in a different graphics program to get this accomplished?
Could this be why it is a good idea to require a minimum order of 12 and in multiples of 6 (10s for the business cards)?
Thanks for any help I get!
I don't use the desktop decorator for that reason. I made a templete for the circles in Microsoft word using autoshape. It takes a little patience to get them lined up, but I kept printing on regular paper until I did. Once you have it right you can just insert pictures in those circles,(or rectangles) and change color of the shape to white(so you don't have black circle around it) and print. Save it under a new name so your templete is always there. I hope this makes sense.
Yeah, that makes sense. I usually don't have luck with the graphics printing in high quality using Word. They tend to come out grainy. Do you have that problem? I am going to try making a template using Print Shop or see how the round label template matches up and if one of the biz card ones do that are already on there.
Thanks. I didn't think it could be done on the DD because I couldn't find where.
I also use Kopykake and I have used the 1/4 sheet size and imported my pics, use the cutout option and make the images round and then enlarge them to the size of my cookies. They have the guide to tell you how big things are so you know how big to make your images and then I cut them out with kitchen scissors.
