A friend ask me to make her mother's b-day cake. The whole family does not like buttercream and wants whipped. She wants a full sheet cake but I can not do full cakes only half. I would like to do a tiered cake instead, not sure if whipped frosting will stand up. I would be using Rich's whipped frosting.
Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks
Becka

Full sheets can be many sizes depending on who you're talking to:
(It's more accurate to know how many party or wedding size servings are needed.)

(Although cake pan sellers generally agree a full sheet is 16x24....)

Here's a thread on using Rich's Bettercreme (and Pastry Pride) with decorating tips and recipes:

Rich's Bettercreme will be fine. It whips up pretty stiff. I use Whimsical Bakehouse House BC for my whipped and have done tiered cakes with it with no problems.

It will hold up. I bought my first bucket of Rich's Bettercream (whipped Frosting/cream) And its kinda softer then buttercream, but very light.......And it did hold up very well..
