Chocolate Hazlenut Cake??

Anyone have a recipe for something like that?? I was going to add Nutella or Frangellico to my cake mix to see if there was a good flavor. Anybody know of any recipes??? icon_smile.gif

Ok..the nutella cake sounds yummy..BUT..Chili powder in the icing??? tapedshut.gif

You can omit the chili powder...

However, I often use cinnamon in my chocolate b/c and it's quite tasty.

You can delete the duplicate post: go back to the one you want to delete, then edit it out by hitting delete....

I MADE A CHOK HAZELNUT CAKE, I ADDED SOME GROUND HAZELNUTS TO MY CAKE MIX, BUT NUTELLA WOULD DO THE SAME THING, JUST EXPERIMENT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS

I haven't used chili powder in chocolate icing, BUT, I have used it in truffles and it is GREAT! It give a "spicy" taste to the chocolate and REALLY brings out the flavor. I made Mexican Truffles last year (made up the recipe) and used cinnamon and chili powder. They were a big hit!
