Anyone Have The Viking 7 Qt. Mixer?

My mother just gave me my holiday gift early - the Viking 7 qt professional mixer - I am so excited!
(And my husband is kicking himself for not thinking of that first, lol!)

I am wondering if anyone else that has it can give me a heads up on the quirks? I need to bake a wedding cake and am hesitating to use the new mixer ....
