Cake Sculpting On Reading Rainbow

For those of us who are interested in yet clueless about cake sculpting...
Yesterday, I just so happened to be watching Reading Rainbow with my daughter and sure enough, they were doing a show on cakes and sculpting.
They sculpted a large basketball, a car, and a really cute pink pig. Although the segment went by kind of fast, you can still get the basics and try it yourself in your free time.
I'm certain if you call your local PBS channel they can send you a copy. Mine is on the way so I can watch it again in slow motion.
Oh yeah, the name of the show is Reading Rainbow: Florence and Eric Take the Cake.
