What about cupcakes with white icing: snowflakes, christmas color sprinkles, or santa.

I have 2 doz cupcakes due for a church function next week. Think I'm going to stripe my piping bag with red color then fill with white bc. Will just pipe a ribbon of icing, swirling it around the tops of the cupcakes. Will give it something of a peppermint look. quick and easy

Also thought of doing something along the previous poster's photo. Ice cupcakes white, then put 2 marshamallows stacked on top of eachother (held together with bc) and use mini choc chips to decorate as snowmen.

I was just looking for ideas yesterday. familyfun.com has some cute ideas, but I found the idea I'm using on the M&M's site! They had a cupcake cake shaped into a giant candy cane. They used M&M's to stripe the candy cane, but I think I'm going to frost the cake in white and pipe big red stripes across it.

Cute and easy - Rudolph faces. I think this was on Family Fun a couple of years ago. Choc. frosted cupcakes with M&M's for the eyes and nose and a preztel broken in half for the antlers.
