i had a plan all set to make a chocolate cake with the chcolate mint truffle filling (recipe on this site). I CANT FIND THE CREAMER!! I need to make a chocolate mint christmas type cake for a party. Could i make a chocolate pudding and add mint extract?? i'm not sure what i can and cant do, so please help!! An recipes or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks

Sure just add a little at a time. Mint tends to become bold in taste if not careful. Sounds yummy. Enjoy.
