Many of us love using the Viva PT method for smoothing icing. I ran out of my regular pt and had to use a viva for some clean-up on my stove. Its black so when I wiped it down, I was suprised to see lots and lots of fibers left from the viva. My thought is that these fibers are also being left on the icings. Just thought I'd pass this on.
P.S. I have also noticed in times past that they leave little dark fibers too. I've had to pick them out with a pin.

I noticed this the other day. I had run out of my regular paper towels while drying some glasses. I got out a roll of my Viva towels and they left linty bits all over the glasses. I had to rinse them and start over with a clean, cloth towel. I thought I had dried dishes with them before with no problem, but maybe I'm not remembering correctly....

I think they changed something, but not sure what. I have used the VIVA towels in the past on my ceramic stove and never had a problem with fibers, however, I used it the other day on it and noticed the fibers. First, Crisco, NOW we have to deal with VIVA! lol Just kidding!
