I would like to hear all of your recipes on how to make MMF fondant. This will be the first time that I am making it at home. Any suggestion??
Thanks
~Sara
I use the recipe from this site and I use my kitchen aid, so I don't have to knead it. Start with half the sugar and the paddle attachment, then after that's incorporated, add the other half of sugar and use the kneading tool until it is like dough. The most important thing to remember is to GREASE EVERYTHING THAT WILL COME IN CONTACT WITH THE MELTED MARSHMALLOW. That means the bowl you melt your marshmallows in, the spoon you use to stir your marshmallows with between melting intervals in the microwave, the kitchen aid bowl and all your attachments. A good hint is to use candy color instead of regular gel colors. It gives a much deeper color. HTH. Good luck!
