Can I make royal icing in a food processor? My mixer burned up tonight, I need the icing for class tomorrow, and I have no other way to make it.

Yeah, but don't overdo it... use the pulse and should be ok - I had to do it once, but with BC, not RI... They always die in the midst of a battle, LOL....... icon_lol.gif

I have made it by hand. Very good for developing arm muscles.
