Having trouble with the last few mixes of BC I have made.
They have turned out with a grainy texture and a lot of air bubbles.
I am using the same receipe I have used for years and I don't think I have changed anything about the way I am mixing it.
Anyone have any suggestions? ![]()

Have you changed brands of sugar? It has happened to me too, I think must have been I found a different brand on sale sometime and maybe that's what it was, not sure though...
