I did a cake for DH to take to work last week. The results have been fantastic. I have 2 requests for regular birthday cakes and.... the owner of the company has asked me to do a sheet cake for the dinner party this weekend, and the dinner party is company-wide!

So I was up until 2:30 this morning decorating those cakes. MY green shells on the white cake melted a little and I was getting uber-tired... but...

THEY LOVED THEM!

And now, the corporate office has asked me to do the birthday cakes every time they have a birthday, which is about once a month.

So GO ME!!!

Pictures will be up later tonight.

I'm so proud. *sniff sniff*

my green shells were almost a thin consistency, so they came out really bad. It was 2:30 am, I was beyond the point of caring

yeah, the flower tip flakes are jumbled and uneven.

at least they tasted good.

Good for you. That's always the best advertising, and it's pretty much free.
