If I piped Royal Icing directly onto fondant and it has set already...would removing the design ruin my fondant? icon_eek.gif

I am not that familiar with Royal Icing so I didn't want to try anything just assuming all would be well on such an important and HUGE cake.

Thanks!!!!

I think if you piped directly onto the cake, removing the royal icing would most likely mar the surface of the cake. Better to pipe and dry on wax or parchment paper and then apply. Removing the royal icing would be easier and result in less damage. icon_biggrin.gif
