Zumba is great! It's an aerobics class that incorporates Latin music and dance moves, such as salsa, cumbia, merengue, etc... All the songs are choreographed (spelling?).

The classes I go to are by this local fitness group that does them all over town. Zumba also has videos. I really like it.

I know you're not in Kansas City, but this is the link to the group that does them here, http://www.casadefitness.com and I'm pretty sure the official site is http://www.zumba.com.

That sounds like fun! I'm a klutz, though, so I'd probably injure myself if I took it. icon_lol.gif

I just looked at my WW points tracker from yesterday, and realized that I earned 12 activity points, not 10. No wonder I feel like I got hit by a truck today.

That is a lot of points! I was reading on WW website that there is a club called the 50 points club. They are a group that all try to got 50 activity points a week. Good grief! Maybe in a MONTH I could do 50 points, icon_lol.gif

Okay, so I have a question. I thought that on teh activity points you weren't supposed to try to get more than 4 per day? Or is that just when you are starting out so that you don't over exeret (spelling) yourself?

50 a week sounds like an awful lot - I've never bothered with the activity points - I just do my regualr alottment and regualar exercising but don't add in any extra points. It seems to me that if you are able to earn 50 points a week you shouldn't have any sort of weight problem - that is a lot of exercise! Where would you even find that kind of time??

Oh - happy news!! I weighed in yesterday - down 1.8 pounds - thank GOD! I was so relieved! I went to decorating class with a happy heart and no desire to drown my sorrows in frosting - ha ha!!

I read on WW's web site yesterday that they recommend that you work your way up to 28 points a week. That still seems like a lot.

Do any of you know how many points a slice of godawful, stale grocerystore birthday cake has? We went to a bday party last night and I hope I didn't waste too may points on it. WW's web site doesn't have it, only buche du noel comes up when I type in buttercream, and it comes up w/ only WW cakes when I search for cakes.
