I am wondering how far in advance they can be made & if you were to make it in advance how would you store it?

I have made a FBCT a few days in advance. I just left them on the board I made them on, usually a cutting board, and I wrap plastic loosely around the board a few times and then put it in a grocery sack and leave it in the freezer.

I froze one for about a week and it was fine. Once it had frozen initially I put a piece of waxed paper on top and slid it into a ziploc bag.

This was the first one I did and it was not for anything other than a family cake, so a larger one or for a paid cake it may differ. My teens said it was great. icon_lol.gif
