Glad you asked icon_smile.gif

I have used small metal prep bowls (like the chefs use in cooking) before. I think those would work if you could find themi n your area.

I bought one at a specialty cake decorating store in Kansas City on Friday. They had several more available for sale for $10.99 each.

http://cgi.ebay.com/WILTON-MINI-BALL-PAN-BRAND-NEW-PANS_W0QQitemZ290059527399QQihZ019QQcategoryZ25466QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem This is one I found on eBay ONE only ONE lol.. She does offer overnight shipping if needed and it ends in 2 days. Not sure if you will need it before then or if you could wait. But you may be able to change the search words around a bit and find it on eBay icon_smile.gif Alot of my favorite sellers that sell wilton and cake deco stuff have Buy It Now options and 2-3 day shipping available you just have to find the proper wording for it... try Wilton Mini Ball Wilton Ball etc

I got mine at The Sweet Supply Shoppe at 95th and Antioch, Overland Park. The phone # is (913) 385-2253.

Baker's Rack at 13416 Santa Fe Trail Dr, Lenexa, KS 66215, phone (913) 492-9777 is supposed to have some in any day, also.

with the mini wonder mold pan, you can just take a serrated knife and "round" the top.

How big of a store is The Sweet Supply Shoppe? My parents are in Leawood and I'm heading over there for Christmas . . . I always like to check out cake stores wherever I go. Is this one worth checking out (i.e. do they have a decent selection of things beyond the basics)?

Both shops are pretty nice. They have a good selection of items. I usually go to The Baker's Rack because it is closer to where I live. Georgia, the owner, is really good about ordering anything that she doesn't already have in stock. She has lots of items in stock.
