I am looking for a very sturdy cake recipe to make a tall stacked cake and I would like the flavor to be white or butter yellow. I have always just docotored cake mixes but I thought their might be a more sturdy recipe to make a very ambitious cake for my cousin. Thanks

My favorite is just white cake with white choc pudding and an extra egg. I also love love love the DH butter choc fudge! OMG it is so good and it is definitely thicker. I've read a few posts (today) where pound cake mix was added to regular cake mix to make it thicker. You may want to do a quick search on that.
