What is your trick??
I have done a couple stacked cakes now and they are easy to center and stack with fondant but with buttercream the only thing I can do is drop the layer on top and then its never straight and centered... what is your tricks to get the layers ontop of each other without messing up the frosting???

I cut out a round (wax paper) same size as top cake place it on the icing and press in slightly to leave a guide or draw around it gently w/ a toothpick,that and practice. I also use pie servers to help place on the cake instead of my hands.
