This weekend I used a recipe that I found on CC. It started with a cake mix then you add sour cream, pudding mix, etc.... I used a white cake mix and vanilla pudding which of course turned my cake a pale yellow. Any suggestions on pudding flavors that would keep my cake white. White chocolate maybe? I am wondering what kind of flavor that would give me. Any suggestions?

White Chocolate will work on keeping your cake white...and the taste is very good!! It doesn't have a strong white chocolate taste....it gives it a very nice flavor.

I've used cheesecake pudding, it is more of an ivory color though, but definitely not yellow. I can't seem to find white chocolate pudding where I live for some darn reason! icon_rolleyes.gif

I always use the coconut cream pudding. Keeps it white and gives it a very subtle coconut flavor. Yum!!!

I also use the white chocolate flavor pudding...most people think it's a rich french vanilla.... icon_lol.gif
