I made up several NFSC with antonias icing on Friday of last week. On Saturday I decorated them, and on Sunday I bagged them and bought everything for them to go into bouquets. My brother took one to work for orders and he got some today. He told them they would be ready to go on Friday, I said they would be ready to go tomorrow, he said to wait so everyone would have their money ready. My cookies are bagged just sitting inside my oven so they dont get messed with. Will the cookies still be good one week after baking? Should they have been refridgerated, or should I just plan on making new ones? Is it to late to save the several I have ready to go??? Please help me!!!!

the cookies should be fine - especially since they're bagged - I've had people tell me that they've held on to my cookies for a couple of months and loved them! (I think that's pushing it myself...)

they should be fine....

If it's royal icing don't put them in the fridge. The condensation is bad on royal.

Cookies last better than you think. Besides the bagging maybe put the whole tray in a ziploc bag or plastic wrap.

Maybe you could send some of them on Wednesday, some more on Thursday, and the rest on Friday?
