I made MMF about a week ago and didn't end of using much of it. How long will it last wrapped in plastic wrap and in an airtight container. I would like to add dots to a cake this week. Should I throw it out and start over or can I use it? Thanks! This was my first batch of MMF and I had so much fun!

Did you grease it too?
If it dried out, trim the outside bits off and microwave the rest for a few seconds, you should be fine. If you greased it and it's not crusty, just nuke it a bit.
