These were a created by a stuff up in a bunch of mini traditional fruit cakes I was making and decided rather than throwing out the cake to convert them into cake truffles... what's the verdict? look a bit scary to me!!! I have sent them off to hubby's work - they can be my guinea pigs! hehehe

I think I'd prefer them dipped in the chocolate or rolled in some powdered sugar. I love the leaves and berries.

I love Christmas fruit cake in any shape and/or form. These look great..I like the holly sprigs!

I am on a diet but honestly I would like to gobble a few of those up!!
