I need some ideas for a cake with the theme of the cartoon "Jimmy Newtron, Boy Genius." My husband loves this cartoon... Anyone has done a cake with this character?

I haven't, but maybe you could do an edible image with him on it.. if you don't have the set up to do the edible image, some bakeries will sell it to you ...

Here is just a thought find a pic of him in his space ship and maybe have it look like a banner coming off of it saying Happy Birthday. Just a thought
