Can someone please explain the most appropriate way to serve a topsy turvy cake? Considering each tier sits inside the other - isn't it difficult to take apart? Do you cut it as it stands? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I believe you're supposed to unstack them just like any other cake. I haven't actually made one but recall from reading on here that is the proper way to do it. Maybe someone with more experience will see this and can help you.
