Hi, Everyone, As most of you know I was frantic about sending many, many cookies out to AZ from MI for my mom's 80th B'day party. Well, last minute I decided to fly out there and hand carry the cookies and surprise Mom. She was frantic that the cookies hadn't arrived by the party time. She ran out last minute and bought the most hideous cookies from the store! Everyone on the plane protected my cookies in the overheard; and on the bus to the rental car place! LOL. After mom saw me, she fainted and when she came to I told her "I brought the Cookies!". We all had a good laugh, Mom is alright, and the cookies were the hit of the party! One birthday she will never forget.
I especially want to thank EVERYONE who had to endure my frantic state about the cookies and for all your help in how to bake, decorate, and pack them! Thank you all!!

I made the NFSC with Antonia's icing and the wedding cake cutter to look like b'day cakes. They are in my photos. I'm now doing a scrapbook for her for Christmas of the party and the COOKIES. Since this is something that is STILL being talked about in AZ. She said this morning that she never wants another party since NOTHING can ever top this!!!

Thanks everyone! It's almost a week since I left for AZ and I'm still getting phone calls from relatives that have heard from my mom about 'the cookies'. LOL
This was the best!
