Please view this pic of a cookie I made this morning:

This cookie is a test for a cookie bouquet idea I've been playing with. I threw it together quick which is why the royal icing is sloppy. I don't have any sticks and Hobby Lobby is closed today... bummer.
My design does have a second cookie, behind the moon, to be viewed from behind. That cookie is Santa's rump with the bottom of his boots showing.
Is there any reason why a cookie can't be iced on both sides?
Plus I wonder what you think of this design. Is it obvious that Santa is hanging on the moon?
THANKS
That's an adorable cookie, and yes, I could tell Santa was draped over the moon before I read the rest of your post where you said he was tripped over the moon.
I don't see why you couldn't decorate both sides of the cookie, as long as the first side is perfectly dry. Would you be able to get the price you'd need to charge for that much work, though? If you can, I say go for it and have a blast!

I created this design years ago when I was making ornaments. I consider myself a scluptor more than anything else.
I cut out the cookie by hand, after drawing/cutting out a paper template.
I sculpted the MMF on a transparent flexible cutting "board".
This is a new hobby for me so I won't be selling these - I'm just messing around really. This is my second batch of NFSC and my first batch of MMF.
Thanks.
This is really creative. I love it!
I agree with what Deanna said about icing both sides.
The design is great!
