Has Anyone Used Alice's Cookie Icing Recipe On Cc

The recipe says you can stack them after decorated that the icing is hard enough so I'm wondering if someone has used it before. I usually put fondant on my cookies but thinking this mignt be a good recipe to decorate with instead of RI.
