Help Please Out Of Fondant - Mmf?

I'm modeling figures and i'm out of fondant. I haven't made MMF in ages but i have no other option. How much tylose do you add to a batch of MMF to help w/ hardening?

I don't know the answer to your question but I wouldn't mind knowing that myself. The only recipe I have for MMF is the one using marshmallows and it doesn't say anything about tylose for hardening purposes.

I think I saw the answer to that on the cakesbysam website where she sells the tylose. I cant remember how much though.

okay it said 2-3 tsp for a pound, more or less depending on humidity.
