whipped cream? I want to put stablelized whipped cream on a cake rather than BC, with a FBCT on top. Will this work?

i've put fbct's on Pastry Pride, a non-dairy whipped topping, with success. it has qualities similar to whipped cream so i think you should be okay. there's more of a tendency for colors to bleed on the wet icing, so i try to make sure my bright or dark colors are not actually in contact with the icing... i put a good background layer of buttercream on my fbct. hope that made sense.
