Does anyone where in NJ I can walk into a store and buy Satin Ice Fondant, or another decent tasting fondant. There used to be a place in Red Bank but that closed some time ago. Any help would be most appreciated.

What part of NJ? If your closer to NY there's Pattycakes. It all depends how far you want to travel.

I am in monmouth county and I can get to pretty much anywhere within an hour or so and it would be well worth it to me as I have a couple of cakes this week and one is Black and the prospect of making and coloring fondant black is enough to make me jump off my roof.

Try ordering it from Pattycakes. I live in MD and get it the next day so you should too. Have you tried Googling or even your yellowpages for cake decorating stores? Sometimes your local cake decorating store will carry it and it will be slightly higher than ordering online but if you need it same day it might be worth it.
