It can be placed in the freezer for a couple of minutes, after which the image will usually peel easily.
If the image bubbles after application, GENTLY TAP (do not rub) the image.

Sorry, your having a problem with your image. I 've never had that trouble, but mine did bubble the first time,so I contacted the site where I bought my printer and they instructed me to put the image on before it crusted and then smooth out with a paper towel. It worked. No more bubbles. This helps the image to absorb in the frosting. Good luck, Peggy

I had to sleep! Okay guys, I'm going to put it in the freezer first and see if that works. Thanks! Wish me luck!

it should work just fine, I usually put mine in there for about a minute and then loosen it on one edge. Good luck

Freezer always works for me. Generally takes a couple of minutes, sometimes up to 5 minutes for a really large one.

Freezer didn't work! I'm getting really frustrated now. My friend bought it and asked me to put in on the baby's cake. I'm wondering now if there's something wrong with it. It won't come off for anything. I'm afraid I'm going to ruin it.
