Thanks to ALL of you who helped answer my legalities questions and for those who helped by voting on a name!

I went today and registered my new business name! What is it??

Edibly Divine Cakes and Dessert Creations by Amie

The business cards, etc will just say Edibly Divine and that's how the business will be known.

I also got listed in all the local phone books yellow pages since the deadline was today for most of them!

Now, we are just needing to finish the new kitchen, get the license etc and then I will be totally legal!!!! By January I will finally be legit!

I was actually nervous just to register my name today but everyone in my home town is SO supportive of me and the fact that there is actually someone to bake their cakes!

Thanks again everyone! It's sooo nice to have you guys to turn to!

Congratulations!! I named mine a couple days ago and know how exciting it is. I can't wait to have my own kitchen, there are NO bakeries around here.
