Any ideas on what to do with cake scraps? Seems such a waste to throw away bits that are discarded.

Go under recipes. Search Cake Balls. Search Cake Balls under threads also. They are yummy! So many different flavors!

yep cake balls are the best. You can bag your scraps too and freeze them to use later for cake balls. Don't throw them away!

I can't seem to keep them around long enough to store them. My husband and teenaged sons eat them as fast as I cut them!

I put them in a bag or in a tupperware container in my freezer. My husband and his friends snack on them, use them in sundaes, etc. Of course, when I have enough built up, I make the infamous cake balls... cake scraps NEVER go to waste in my house icon_biggrin.gif

I make cake sandwiches - two cake tops glued together by frosting. I like the idea of Sundays and one day I must try cake balls.
