anybody who has made one the the cakes shaped like a turkey want to share how to do it?

I'm not sure if you are talking about a pan that is shaped like a turkey or a carved cake. Years ago Wilton had a turkey shaped pan, you could probably find it on ebay.

make the turkey from an egg shaped pan, then make the legs using a pipng bag, dont use a tip, cut the bag big enough to pipe the legs , draw the laces with choc buttercreme, very easy
