Spice Cake Balls

My DH had a fit for a spice cake without any icing, as he has low blood sugar and isnt allowed much sugar. So I made it, he ate one piece and said it didnt taste like he had expected but was good. I have a whole cake sitting without icing and one piece taken out... Does anyone have a recipe for spice cake balls. I've never made cake balls but... hate to throw a whole cake away. icon_cry.gif

I just did carrot cake ones with pumpkin spice coffee creamer and dipped in white choc. YUMMY! I imagine the spice cake would be good to that way.

I just bought a spice cake mix to use to make cake balls with. I was going to use the pumpkin spice coffee creamer too and dip in white chocolate just as NEWTODECORATING said about the carrot cake. If you try it let us know how it is!
