Christmas Greetings Everyone,
I'm sure my question has been answered several times on this site, but I don't have the time or the patience to read through and find the answer(my search turned up a lot). Anyway, I was wondering if I could frost a cupcake cake with BC and freeze it. After I thawed it out I would then decorate it. Do you think it would be OK? I will be putting an edible image on the cake. Should I do that before I freeze the cake or after I thaw it out? Never done and edible image before.

Thanks,
Maddey

they should be okay. my local grocery store sells the cupcakes frozen already iced you just let them thaw out. Just make sure to put them in an air tight container and let them thaw at room temp. I would decorate after they have thawed.
