Refrigerated???

Do you think these cookies (truffles) would need to be refrigerated? Since they are covered in chocolate, and it is no longer summer (I live in Illinois) I was wondering if they could be left out. Thanks so much!! icon_smile.gif

I refrigerated mine because of the cream cheese.

I just did about 130 of these for Christmas trays. So they were left out for about 3 days I'm sure.

They were fine. I'd refrigerate them until time to hand 'em out. If you don't, I'd suggest just keeping them good and cool!
